WAPRO 2.0 uses an UNOFFICIAL WhatsApp API that is NOT authorized, endorsed, or certified by WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their affiliates.

ACCOUNT BANNING RISK: Using this service may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Your WhatsApp account may be permanently banned without warning.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any account bans, data loss, message delivery failures, or any other consequences.

NO ADMIN ACCESS: Administrators of WAPRO 2.0 do NOT have access to your WhatsApp messages, conversations, contacts, or personal data. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to use this tool at your own risk and responsibility.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WAPRO 2.0 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WAPRO 2.0 ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

2. Service Description

WAPRO 2.0 is a WhatsApp automation platform that provides the following features:

  • WhatsApp device management and multi-device support
  • Automated message sending (text, media, images, videos, documents, locations, contacts, polls, buttons, lists)
  • Bulk messaging and campaign management
  • Auto-reply bot functionality
  • Scheduled message delivery
  • Contact book and group management
  • Message analytics and reporting
  • Webhook integrations
  • API access for custom integrations
  • Ban protection features

Important: This Service uses the Baileys library, an unofficial WhatsApp Web API. It is NOT an official WhatsApp service and operates independently from WhatsApp Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc.

3. User Responsibilities and Obligations

3.1 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect or harvest information about others without their consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service

3.3 Compliance with WhatsApp Terms

Critical Warning: Using this Service may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. WhatsApp prohibits the use of unofficial APIs and automated messaging tools.

  • You acknowledge that using this Service may result in your WhatsApp account being permanently banned
  • You understand that we are not responsible for any consequences arising from WhatsApp's enforcement actions
  • You agree to use this Service at your own risk and discretion
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service

3.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, messages, media, and communications sent through the Service. We do not monitor, review, or have access to the content of your WhatsApp messages. You warrant that all content you transmit is legal, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair and responsible use of the Service, the following policies apply:

  • Rate Limiting: Message sending rates are limited based on your subscription plan to prevent abuse and reduce ban risks
  • Quota Management: Each subscription plan has specific quotas (messages, requests, devices, etc.). Exceeding quotas may result in service limitations
  • Reasonable Usage: You must use the Service in a reasonable manner. Excessive use that impacts system performance may result in account restrictions
  • Anti-Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination
  • Recipient Consent: You must obtain proper consent before sending messages to recipients, especially for marketing or promotional content
  • Opt-Out Mechanisms: You must provide recipients with clear opt-out mechanisms for marketing communications

Best Practices: To minimize ban risks, we recommend sending messages at reasonable intervals, respecting recipient privacy, obtaining proper consent, and following WhatsApp's community guidelines even when using unofficial tools.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment
  • Engaging in phishing, fraud, or scams
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violating intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.)
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting identity
  • Collecting personal data without consent or in violation of privacy laws
  • Using the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
  • Circumventing security measures or rate limits
  • Using the Service to violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Plans

  • Subscription plans are billed on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis as selected
  • Each plan includes specific quotas and feature limitations
  • We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, or quotas with notice
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

6.2 Payments

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, etc.)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

6.3 Refunds

No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Service and the risks associated with unofficial WhatsApp usage, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Account Bans: We do NOT provide refunds if your WhatsApp account is banned while using our Service, as this risk is clearly disclosed and you agree to use the Service at your own risk.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Service availability may be affected by WhatsApp API changes, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.

7.2 WhatsApp Account Risks

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • Using this Service may result in your WhatsApp account being permanently banned
  • We are NOT responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp
  • We do NOT guarantee message delivery or account safety
  • WhatsApp may change their systems, blocking or restricting unofficial API access at any time
  • You use this Service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for all consequences

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
  • Message delivery failures or data loss
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Third-party actions or services
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

7.4 No Admin Access to User Data

Our administrators do NOT have access to your WhatsApp messages, conversations, contacts, media files, or personal communication data. You are solely responsible for securing and managing your data. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or data loss that occurs on your infrastructure or through your misuse of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Request by law enforcement or governmental authorities
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some data may be retained as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • You acknowledge the RISK OF PERMANENT ACCOUNT BANNING and accept full responsibility for using this Service
  • You understand that administrators do NOT have access to your WhatsApp messages or personal data
  • You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • You agree to use this Service AT YOUR OWN RISK and understand that we are not liable for any consequences
